Asia Vinyl and Rubber Industries was established in 1992, from then onwards it has strived to grow into a trustworthy and customer oriented organization. We are the largest manufacturers of Vinyl and other Vinyl and Rubber related products in Pakistan. We are equipped with the best machinery available and imported from England, China and Japan. We have at present two complete units for the manufacturing of Vinyl Floor Tiles and one complete manufacturing unit of PVC Sheets and Rolls. We have the capacity and the technological aids to produce Anti-Static and Conductive Vinyl Floor Tiles in Pakistan, which is yet another edge for us against our competitors. We are also pioneers in manufacturing PVC Wooden Flooring in Pakistan and the market leaders.
We have dedicated our selves to the principle of "INNOVATION" and "DIVERSE PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT". As mentioned above ESD (Electro Static Discharge), Controlled Vinyl and Rubber Floor Tiles were first manufactured locally by us. This proves our technological pre-eminence in this sphere
We also started manufacturing PVC WATER-STOPS in Pakistan in 2010. For this we have setup a complete composite manufacturing facility with machinery imported from China and Taiwan. This is the only top of the line manufacturing facility of its kind in Pakistan in which we are producing Quality WATER-STOP profiles and not only providing it in the local market but also exporting it to many countries and earning Pakistan precious foreign exchange. We currently have 4 state of the art lines for manufacturing of PVC WATERSTOPPER with capacity of 20000 feet each day.
In 2015 Marflex Started Manufacturing PVC WALL PANELS AND CIELING TILES and we are proud that we were the leaders yet again in this innovative field. For this a complete state of the art manufacturing plant was established with 5 complete manufacturing lines imported from JWELL china. We currently run at 8 lines and have a production capacity of 8000 panels per day.
Marflex Also started manufacturing of GEO MATERIALS like PVC Geomembrane, GEO TEXTILES, COMPOSITE Geo Membranes in 2016 and in short time have become market leaders in this sphere with all major supplies going to CPEC road projects, Coal Power projects and other land fill related projects.
In addition to our own manufacturing setups, Fatmeen Enterprices was formed in 2012 for the trading and distribution business. We are the sole distributors and stockists of BESEALED, Belgium which manufacturers SWELL BARS in various sizes, we also recently signed JV with PolyFlor of UK which is world’s largest manufacturers of PVC floors and sheets, we currently carry there stocks with plans to setup unit jointly by 2019.
Marflex is also representing ACEBOND( Holdon),leading manufacturers of PVC ALUMINIUM ceiling panels’ and facade tiles in China.
